Refund policy
RETURNS and REFUNDS Clients can make an exchange of a product within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase as per “Consumer Protection Act” of Ukraine. The product is to be exchanged if:
- The product was not in use.
- There are no signs of using: scratches, dirt, and other drawbacks.
- The product is fully packed and the wholeness of the packing is not damaged.
- All tags and markings are conserved and there is a check available.
- The item can be returned in case of essential downsides or there is no similar item for exchange. (“Consumer Protection Act” of Ukraine).
